Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel directly in your customer profile on our website. To avoid being charged for the next pack, cancel before the 1st of the billing month.
Can I buy a single pack without subscribing?
Yes! We offer one-off packs on a separate product page. It's a perfect option if you missed the subscription cut-off or just want to try a single edition.
What if my mail is lost or I enter the wrong address?
Contact us at hello@gingerandco.store and we’ll help you resolve it.
When is the cut-off for getting the current pack?
Orders must be placed by the 10th of the month to receive that edition.
How often am I billed?
You’ll be charged immediately when you subscribe, and then every 2 months from your subscription date, always on the 1st of the month.
When will I receive my mail?
Packs ship on the 15th of the shipping month. Delivery takes
~5–7 days in Europe
~10–15 days internationally.
